Food has been an integral part of the St. Mark community since our founding over 40 years ago. The kitchen has been the life center of thousands of meals for parish celebrations, events, weddings and funerals, along with weekly coffee and doughnuts. As the 50th anniversary approaches, it is time for an update, rejuvenation, and renewal to become more efficient and easier to serve. The artist rendering shows the new coffee area. Drawings show the increased working area, location of new shelving, and modernized equipment to take advantage of new technologies.
